Since the start of production, Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia has celebrated significant success in the automobile industry. This is attributed to a winning culture: the Kia way. In this presentation, Hodges will discuss:

• all aspects of a corporate culture,
• the role of leadership to support corporate culture, and
• communication methods to foster corporate culture.

About Corinne Hodges:
In January 2010, Corinne Hodges joined Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia as public relations assistant manager. She is responsible for external communications. Prior to working for Kia, Hodges owned a marketing and public relations firm that specialized in image building and branding. Hodges is a graduation of international relations from Evansville University in Evansville, Ind.
