When five (5) or more IABC members register as a group, a discount of $20 is applied to each IABC member in the group against full conference fees. Register five IABC members in your group?  Save $100!  While you can register anyone in a group, the discount will only apply to the collective count of IABC members for full conference fees. Discounts do not apply to non-members, students, or single-day rates.

Conference fees for all registrants in a group will be charged to the first person in the group. Attendees who need to pay with different credit cards cannot make individual payments online. Consider paying your fees locally to your chapter and have the chapter charge the group registration total on a chapter debit or credit card, or cut a check after registering the group.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund of 90 percent of your paid registration will be granted for cancellations received on or before September 17, 2010. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No exception will be made.

A credit equivalent to 80 percent of your paid registration will be issued for cancellations received September 18th through October 9th. This credit can be applied only toward the 2011 Southern Region Conference.

No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received after October 9, 2010, or for no-shows. See substitution policy below.

IABC/Atlanta will process all refunds/credits after the conference.

Any extra-fee event tickets purchased individually are not refundable and non-transferrable.

SUBSTITUTIONS

If you are unable to attend the conference after registering, you may send someone in your place. Please follow these steps:

* You must submit substitutions online using your registration link in your confirmation email. Contact information for your substitution will be required. All substitutions should be submitted prior to Saturday, October 16, 2010.

* If you are an IABC member, and your replacement is a non-member, s/he must pay any outstanding balance as a result of the difference in corresponding registration rates.

EVENT POSTPONEMENT

In the event that the conference is postponed due to natural disaster or other cause beyond the control of IABC/Atlanta, efforts will be made to reschedule the conference. Any registration payments made will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. The conference attendee will be responsible for travel-related cancellation fees incurred under these circumstances. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled conference, IABC will provide a full refund of conference fees upon written request from the registrant.
